Email support@pocketshepherd.com and include the device model, iOS version, your sign-in method, and a short description of the problem.
If you purchased on iPhone, use Restore Purchases or Manage Subscription from inside the app. Apple-managed subscriptions can also be adjusted in your Apple account subscription settings. If you purchased on the web, open Settings while signed in with the same account to manage billing or cancel at the end of the current paid period.
Account deletion is available directly inside the iPhone app under More. You can also contact privacy@pocketshepherd.com if you need help with a privacy, deletion, or access request. Deleting the account removes your sign-in and user-scoped study data associated with it.
